See! If we're all like that, we must be the normal ones!

My boss didn,t understand why do I cry, like someone was dead. I couldn‘t stop crying. There was a reason, but I don‘t cry normally.

I have an aunt who is not well she has about 3 months left. No more talking about it and every time someone asks me how she is I just start balling. Like today at the ymca a lady asked me and I couldn't stop crying. I went into the office and tried to stop. It took along time.

When my SAD reached its absolute pinnacle early this past year, that was all I was doing was crying. I felt so bad at the time. I felt like I had no spirit left. My mom and dad put their arms around me and I just kept crying and crying and told them that I was not here anymore and that I was gone (you know, my spirit)...it was pretty damn bad to say the least.

I really think it depends what it is that it making you tear up. If it's because you are full of emotions then I think it is normal, but if it's because of an overwhelming feeling or a feeling of doom the I think that it is a sign that a person is under very high stress and must do something to decrease that stress. I'm also very sensitive and can cry easily but I have noticed that difference.

I used to and it can be very embarrasing. I then use the One Command to stop it and it did, almost immediately. I was just watching Bourne Idendity where the girl got shot while driving the jeep and plunged into the river. Before the One Command, I would have started bawling. Google or check out this book called The One Command by Asara Lovejoy. It's one way of setting your Intentions.
So in this case, you say, "I don't know how I am able to control my tears easily. I only know that I do now and I am fulfilled." You can use this One Command for everything including illnesses, any emotional issues, even finding a good parking space! :) It is very important to keep it to the present tense as if it already happened and just relax and have faith that it will come true. I am having a lot of success with this technique with so many aspects in my life. Good luck and please come back to share if it worked for you.
