Bought my wife a advanced 200 light for X-Mass, on the sunrise and sunset events the light doesn't simulate dawn and dask, as the light does not come on or go off gradually it bangs into life and goes off instantly? Anybody know what's wrong or is the unit faulty. Manual has been over a few times all to no avail...

mine only does this when it is cold, after the lamp has been on half an hour it seems to work normally again. maybe
of course, makes it useless for a dawn simulation starting from cold

Same issue since the beginning (I bought the Lumie 200 for Xmas). No solution from the reseller. Any idea ? Thanks

I bought my Lumie 200 directly from Lumie, and they exchanged it for a new replacement which works ok. I had no problems with their customer service at all.

Phil - yours is faulty, go back to the seller for a refund or a replacement. Under consumer law it is not fit for the purpose for which it is sold, so you can demand a refund, repair or replacement.

Since the beginning, the bodyclock has the same issue. When powered on for a couple of hours, the fading does not work anymore.
The clock base (without bulb and cover) has been sent back to reseller (zestress.com). They tested it ... without any issue. And , as they said, they sent us another base.
Same issue again.
I've the clock for about 2 monthes and it does not work correctly.
Could it be the bulb (not tested by the reseller) ?
Thanks
