I have severe SAD and a couple of months I was feeling great - happy, energetic but not able to sleep at night so I started taking melatonin 3 mg at night and I believe this has really screwed me up. For a while while I was taking it, I was so tired that I could not do anything. Well, I eventually weaned myself off of the melatonin but I have not been the same since. I am still tired and having a hard time doing anything but I really do not think I feel depressed because I definitely know what depression feels like unfortunately. Anyway, I believe my problem is still from the melatonin that I took but I am not 100% sure of this. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to help this?

Thanks,
Donna
