Blue Monday is a series of LIVE chat sessions for anyone interested in SAD.

They'll be happening every Monday evening and speakers for the coming weeks include a representative from the MET Office and scientific experts working in the field.

For more information and a full programme of dates and speakers go to http://www.lumie.com/blue-monday.

Hope to see some of you there! Thanks to everyone who's joined in so far.

PLEASE NOTE: Next week, there will be NO Blue Monday SAD clinic running due to the Christmas holidays. The final session will however take place on Monday 4 January 2010 with Wayne Elliott from the Met Office. Please continue to register your questions on how the weather can affect health during this time.
