Are you feeling better yet??????

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how many of you were feeling better since having the brighter weather.

I must admit I am disappointed that I have not started to feel more energetic as yet. Also I haven't been waking up any easier.

Has everyone else noticed a big change or do you think it takes a few weeks for it to sink in considering how long the winter was.

Grateful for your thoughts and comments on this.

Yes!!

I also have ME/CFS so i never feel fully better, but i do hope you start to feel better soon Lisa.

Hi there

I too am dissappointed I'm not feeling as energetic as I had hoped. But the good days are are getting more & the bad ones getting less so it's a good sign.
