Hello Brightone the advice you gave Donna sounds like great advice!!
I can't help it either - one job leads to another and before I realise it's gone midnight and I do pay for it the next day!!

I need to get some shut eye very urgently - I'm bog eyed!!!

I am awful for staying up late at the mo. When SAD struck in September I could not stay up past 8pm, but now I feel no inclination to go to bed, though I do pay for it the next day!! But I'd rather this than how I felt back then.

I know exactly how ou feel sebrown I could sleep the clock round if I was left to stay in bed - Just happend little chores like WORK gets in the way.

Maybe we could get HIBERNATION on the NHS as a treatment? I'd be really happy with that. Just lounging for four or five months

Keep smiling - the sun will shine.
