Hello to you all,
I was wondering if any of you guys have starting to feel the effects of Sad already? :(

I think because my holiday to Greece is only 2 weeks away, I know that when I come back I will feel cold and am starting to dreed coming back b4 I go away!

I am going to get my light-box out of the loft this weekend ready.
It may sound silly but I only look at this site every winter because when I feel great in the summer I forget how the winter makes me feel so I don't have to admit that there is a problem I suffer from!

From now on , once again my battle with sad starts and my forever patient partner is once again my counsellor!!

Gone are the great light mornings and evenings! Here are the days when my pals at work start to say how tired and pale I look, how quiet I am lately and oh my you are eating alot!!! Know what I mean????

Well here goes, the winter is close, roll on the summer!!! 8)

From one of the many sad sufferers who'd do anything to live and work in Greece but cannot leave my 17 year old faithful cat called Rambo,

Donna :D Feel free to reply, e-mail or pm me !!

Yes the nights are drawing in very quickly, u passed the Test on not being totally absorbed in your own issues for a little sick humour! It is important to keep ahead of the light wars by plugging in before u start going downhill quickly! I am going to keep up my exercise which is cross country and road cycling it helps me a lot, good vibes to you all

hello, I am not sure if Samuel realises sad is short for Seasonal Affective Disorder which is a medical condition samuel. I can't imagine it is a big problem in Egypt with all that sunshine. Maybe it came up on a search. Anyway I am off to pour some prozac down my neck eat a family sized bag of crisps and watch some violent movies. Later I plan to set my dog on next doors cat and the squirrels in the park
Love and peace to you all from your friendly internet sociopath

Just wondering that myself!

My favourite moment on the forum was the protester against people who are against pornography! I seem to remember Siddy tried to suggest that he'd taken a wrong turn on the information super highway!

Perhaps there is something in a sexual context that SAD relates to. But it was funny I admit.

Brings a smile to the day :D :D :D :D
