Hi I just wanted to say hello and thanks to you all. I stumbled in here first back in the dark dark days after Christmas when I really didn't think I would make it through this year.

Inspired by you all I managed to cast aside my cycnicism and went out and bought a brightspark as soon as the shops opened in January. Using it just 30 - 45 minnutes each morning reeally has made a difference - I am still well below par and cannot cope too well at work but things are getting better. Managed to get out and join a T'ai Chi class which is really good too -

The sun has made it in through my window this morning for the first time this year - off out for a walk now while it lasts

Best wishes to all

glad the forum has been useful, it's certainly good to communicate with others who understand without having to explain. Do drop in to the chatroom at 8pm on Tuesday if you fancy saying hello, although aren't you in a different time zone way up there in Edinburgh!

P.s you didn't used to play bass in the Exploited did you?

Fooled by that early sunshine I went up town - its feaking baltic out there - off for quick commune with myself under the duvet.
