Hi, I haven't had much to say for a while, but I pop in most days to have a read. Last few days no-one has had anything to say. I'm feeling pretty crappy myself, the weather has been pretty grey in Derby, although we have had some good days, I guess thats what catches alot of us out, we all want to start feeling better but it's just not happening is it. Everbody keep your chins up if you can (coming from someone who is struggling herself) Take care Cazjenson
Hiya Caz ~ sorry you are still here and still feeling awful, and that isn't said without care and concern, even if 'sorry' seems a bit of a limp word. You must be feeling summer's around the corner and you cannot feel your lift arriving at all. I suspect you are far from alone. When one is seriously bad it's almost impossible to post ... I used to visit and just read. I am sure there are many in our number who are the same.
There have been years when I have still been awful at the beginning of May, I have no idea why that happens Perhaps this is the way you are at present. I trust that your summer is closer than you could possibly imagine, and that one morning it will give you such a lovely surprise.
Fortunately, I have thrown my six and have got out of jail*, and I can still hardly believe it, it has been such a long winter, I could almost swear it's been a lifetime......
(*To our friends across The Pond, this comes from the board game Monopoly in which one can land on a certain square representing jail... the only way out is to throw a six with the dice...or is it a 'die' in the USA? I just mention this as someone questioned the meaning of the phrase sometime last year!)
I've been popping in from time to time but this year has been slightly easier, although a few weeks ago I didnt move from the sofa for 11 days. You just get to that stage where you're so fed up with it.
Anyways, its nice to see some of the old names. A lot of new people have signed up which is great, but its also nice to see those who have been supportive over the past few years helping each other to deal with the grime we've all been through.
