1. Is there any effects on using the light visor ?

If the Light visor gives you 10'000 lux of light when it reaches your eyes then Yes it should definantly give you an effect.

2. what kind of light box is the best selling and most people buy? why ?

Apollo light boxes are said to be the best probably because they make the most powerfull light boxes and have been around for a long time you can order online from there website http://www.apollolight.com

3. do u really need to measure the distance while using the light box ?

Yes because people that suffer from sad need a strong light to help them over come sad you have to make sure 10'000 lux reaches your eyes even if it means mesureing the distance

4. why most of the light boxes came in big size ?

I think thats down to the design

5. is the light visor really can treat the disease ?

Sad is not a disease its a condition and yes the light visor is very effective in treating sad as long as you use it in the right why
