Hi,

Had a quick look about these Lumiram Chromalux light bulbs.

From what I did read, they came from Finland because of their 6 months of darkness and are more brighter in the home than normal light bulbs.

They take away the yellow you get with our everyday bulbs which sounds great.

I'm not sure if you can use them to look at like you do a lightbox, but will surely help in the winter in your homes!!!

Well I will try to see if I can get them from somewhere on the internet, but if someone else beats me to it them let us all know please.

They help to reduce eye strain too

Hello.

Yes, sorry for the lack or info in the first post. These bulbs are like the orignal 'sunshine' type full spectrum bulbs.

Apparantly, they are 91% of sunlight level, at 5000K.

They look like sunlight, not like our ordinary bulbs in the Uk which look yellow.

In fact, 'natural spectrum' and 'full spectrum' bulbs are apparanly used in Germany on a federal level, according to this webpage:

http://www.fullspectrumsolutions.com/coolwhite.htm

because of the bad effects of using 'normal' lights like we use in the Uk.

I have tried to get these from the internet, but I cannot find any shop that is in Europe that sells them, which is a bit strange since they are supposed to be from Europe!
