Hey fellow saddies..............

I'm going to make a recomendation for a light therapy device.

I suffer from an extream version of sad and I ordered the second most powerful light box ever made (used to be first) and 1 to 2 hours a day of it is not effective enough for me....

but the golite http://www.apollolight.com/golite.html

has to be the BEST.... 30 minites (can probably do with 10 -15) is all I need and its effect is fantastic.

. Its the size of the palm of your hand
. It comes with an optional battery pack for portability
. new BlueWave Technology so it doesn't make you blink or hurt your eyes
. and no replacements of bulbs ever!

I worship this device.. Highly recomended.. this would be the best investment for any sad sufferer... Please take my word for it..

yes it is... but when you order from the website/phone they ask you from which country your ordering from and they sort the device out for which ever country they ship out to by an adapter or change the wiring of the device..

and because there from the US the pound is nearly double of the dollor so you save alot... But them costs are made up by import taxes and devliery charges for over seas.... So it might come slightly cheaper or at the normal price....
