This is the first time ive entered this forum, I am trying to understand some of the issues involved with SAD. Especially the issues wth working full time night shifts, which has been for around two years now and a number of my colleagues have gone absent with depression, I find it hard to concentrate and sleep. Any thoughts????!!!!!
I've never worked midnight to 8, although I have worked 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. as well as 4 a.m. to noon. I think the key is to make sure you're awake sometime when the sun's out so you get natural light.
