Hello,

it's come to my attention that there seems to be a lot more women who use the forum than men. Obviously there have been suggestions that women are less concerned about sharing their feelings than men. Striking recent research by has shown that there is a dramatic increase in female SAD in january. In my findings there seemed to be a direct correlation between post christmas credit card statements and female sad......... 8)

Well now Siddy,

I can only speak for myself, but I have felt really bad these past two weeks on and off

I have to also tell you that I have no credit card or any debts at all!!!

I've come to the conclusion that this research is wrong, sorry!!!

Seriously, I think that January is depressing because it seems like a while ago since it was September and is going to be a while till April! Half way if you like!

Does anyone else get those really bad headaches? Not been able to have my lightbox on because of them. This does happen to me each year though.

Take care
