Hi

Logged in for the first time in a couple of months.

Wow, thought it was only me that was being affected by the weather. I find that its quite often cloudy during the day up here but brightens up at night. The problem I'm finding is that I can't bloomin sleep then because I've been out for a couple of ours mid evening. Have to be up at 6 am in the morning so I can't lie in my bed. I feel just as tired as I did in the winter.

We had two days of glorius sunshine over the weekend and woke this morning to grey skies and summer showers  Stop the world I want to get off!!!!

Hi Diane,

I hope you've been able to get a share of the sunshine that's been around lately. I, too, was really knocked back by the June cloud. Can't remember the last time we had such a lousy spell of weather, certainly not last winter.
Do you have/are you using a light box? I know that many saddies, whether they have "come right" for the summer or not, still use theirs on cloudy days. It might help you to recover some of your energy and to sleep better.
Best wishes for some bright days,
Linda.
