I have recently diagnosed myself with SAD following a number of winters where I exhibited many of the symptoms. I am visiting my GP this week to discuss this, I have also ordered a lightbox, which I hope will help.

One symptom which I have this year which I have not seen before is stomach problems, I have pain up under my rib cage and I have lost my appetite for food and seem to have digestion problems. I have had all possible tests but nothing can be found.

I am now wondering if it is irritable bowel, is this a problem anyone else has seen..
