I hate putting on weight at this bloody time of year, but have kind of solved it this week.

I stopped drinking tea / coffee during the day at work, and I haven't eaten anything during the day at all this week, just my tea when I get home (but drink and drink water and juice). Instead of dinner I go and sit in a comfy chair by the big windows and stare out at the daylight (not much hint of sunshine tho) lol, and I feel sooooo much better! I don't get tired in the afternoon, I don't feel bloated and my clothes feel like they fit better already! Yay! Plus I'm proving to myself that my willpower and strength is still there - and I can do what I set my mind too. My trousers WILL fit after christmas!!!

Then theres also, don't buy biscuits / sweets / choc and cake, so when I crave it, it isn't there to eat. SORTED.

10 days to xmas eve!!! Wahey.

PS - I seem to be SAD opposite this year........ I'm terrible, terrible in the morning and daytime (grumpy apparently), yet I'm hyperoso in the evenings! Tho, I see no daylight whatsoever (cept my half hour break). Weird or what...... I shall offer my body to Science, I'm always cold when everyones hot, so perhaps I'm just a freak?

It's great that you have found something that suits you to stop you eating alot of bad stuff! Especially when theres so much around at work this time of year, don't you agree?

I have found just eating bread only a couple of times a month had reduced my bloating waistline!!!       :lo
Of course one must still get their carbs! I find this in a cracker at breakfast, jacket potatoes or even some pasta sometimes.

I still take a salad to work with sometimes a bit of cheese (don't buy that much, because being a veggie, I was eating too much!!!) or some coleslaw etc!

Lets keep fighting SAD & beat the bulge together ( ha ha )

This will give us a head start for the summer!!!
