Hi - I'm really interested in this product. I'm 24 and have suffered from all severities of acne for the last 10 years.

I have had 2 treatments of Roaccutane which were effective but with awful side effects.

I am a long term Dianette user, which I use to keep my acne at a consistent level but at the moment it doesn't seem to be having any kind of effect at all.

I have tried most prescription topical treatments and antibiotics which are ineffective. At the moment I'd say my acne is mild-moderate, with clusters of red spots which often come to a head around my chin, cheeks and hairline. I really don't want to have another treatment of Roaccutane or to continue to spend a fortune on cleansers/creams/products.

At the moment my acne is triggered by stress as I have a very demanding job. I eat healthily and drink plenty of water.

I am worried that Lumie won't have any effect on my skin because of the past treatments I've had... has anyone had acne for as long as I have, and have seen results?

My main goal is to wear minimal make up compared to the mask I wear at the moment. I spend about 30 minutes in the morning covering up my acne and would rather spend 5!

Any advice gratefully received.

Sarah x

We've heard from quite a few people that have had acne for aaaaages and it's still been effective so I would say give Clear a go : )

You get a 30-day trial when you buy direct from us and you should know by then if it's working for you. Give us a ring if it doesn't seem to be having much effect after a couple of weeks.

We currently have some Factory Refurbished units available too if you wanted to save a bit of money :)

It's really nice to hear from people that say their skin is so much better and that they're wearing minimal foundation etc. so good luck!

I think you might have taken some prescription from dock before applying it to your skin.
