I know there was a thread about building a diy lightbox ages ago. just wondering if anyone had thought of building one using white LEDS, kind of like a litebook, no worries about electrical safety or UV, I guess.
Alternatively, could I just stick some to a battery and strap it to my knee?

these are sites that explains how to make one.... you can actully buy a lux meter I've seen them around the net which will probably be essential because for the light box to be effective it has to be at least 10'000 lux. If you can make one more powerfull then 10'000 lux at 28 inches let me know as I would be interested....... Hope you got the eletrical and UV protection part of it sorted.....
