I've just bought a light box and for the first two days ( thursday and friday ) it was great but then on the weekend i began to feel ill. I had a head ache my eyes were sore and had stomach problems. Im not sure if it is from the light box because i began to feel ill on the wednesday before I bought it. Today I dimmed the light and was on it for a shorter period of time and that felt better. Im hoping a few days of this my symtoms will be gone. Has anyone else suffered simillar problems ? and How did you solve them ?

Jack, no I have never had any problems whatsoever with my light box. All it has done is work wonders, keeping sad @ bay 4 me. You mentioned that you were ill b4 you began using the light box. Perhaps re-reading the light box instructions would be a good plan. Are you using it 4 the right length of time @ exactly the correct distance from your eyes? You don't have to look into the light, just have it shining @ yr face slightly above your line of vision. Ring your supplier 4 help if in doubt.

Happy Days :)

Thanks for the reply. I was staring at the light and using for too long. Im still experimenting to get it just right. Good news is head aches and sickness gone my eyes are a little red but hopefully go down in a couple of days.
