Rarely make time to feedback to companies.....
My wake up light failed after 3 years good service after a power surge. I thought I'd be facing buying a new one. But they fixed it for next to nothing and returned it in a week and kept me updated in the meantime.
Great to find a company that repairs things rather than sending stuff to land-fill.
I have also just had my Lumie desk lamp repaired. The service received was absolutely first class. Efficient and very speedy. I rely on my light as I use it while I am sewing, I make patchwork quilts, so thank you very much you have restored my faith in British companies. Thanks
