Our delightfully playfull kittens (said through gritted teeth) accidently knocked our Lumie Advanced 200 clock off the bedside table resulting in the glass shade being smashed to bits! Thinking that we would have throw it away I was delighted to find Lumie's website where I found I could buy a replacement at very little cost (£10!!) and with nil postage to pay ... so, ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.

Fabulous service and super quick turn around. If only all other companies could be this efficient!
