I have been having episodes of saddness for 13 years now i am 44 years old and have 4 children. my doctor has not diagnosed me with SAD and says that it is depression. i am on paroxetine and have been on these for the past 13 years on and off. i just feel so useless and unable to cope with everyday life. i think i just need to chat to someone with the same problem
