I have the Lumie BodyClock Advanced 200. Ive had it for 3 weeks! Last night whilst on sunset mode the light started to flash eratically! I turned the light off....it was still flashing! I unplugged it and plugged back in...still the light was going mad. I took the bulb out and put it back in making sure of a good connection...still flashing! This morning the sun rise didn't work either...no light for the alarm, only the very quiet beeping!!

Best to give the careline a callwhen you are by the product, so that we can go through the product over the phone, we can most certainly solve this for you.

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately as your careline is only open from 9.30 to 5.30. Monday to friday this is impossible for me to do as I'm at work from 6am to 6pm! I have tonight just tried to use it hoping last night was a one off but now the light won't work AT ALL! I've checked the bulb and that is not blown, I've also reset the clock as per instructions this also has not resolved the issue! I have a copy of the serial number if this helps? I'm hoping someone can reply here with what to do as I can't speak to careline!

Thats no problem if you private message me your contact telephone number, I can call you when you are home, then I can go through the product with you over the phone and ascertain what is happening for you

Hope this helps

I have a Bodyclock Advanced 200 which I must say I don't like being without, having had it for some time. It worked fine on the original bulb and gave out a lovely "warm" light. However, the bulb "blew" and I ordered a new one but the replacement bulb has a very blue hue (most morbid) AND crazy things have been happening since ... the light has been intermittently flashing which is not unlike a lightening storm. Yes, Really ... and it awakens you with a fright.

The light has also been coming on and then suddenly off well before the alarm time when it comes on again.

These are just two of the crazy "antics" as there have been others!

I am rather hoping it can be repaired as the clock cost me £99+ when purchased and I would have recommended it to anyone until my clock "lost its marbles" when it has been totally inefficient.

I would be grateful to receive a reply from Lumie as soon as possible.

Thank you

Best to give our careline a call, when you have the unit by you so that we can do some checks over the phone, to help you sort this
