HELP I've just got my lumie active 250 home and missed the helpline by 5 mins on a Friday night. I can't the lamp cover off to fit the bulb. I really want to try it out over the weekend. can anyone advise?

I hope you managed to sort it over the weekend,
Just incase you haven't, you just gently squeeze the globe, push the bottom of the globe inwards,this should simply pop up.
