Hi, i tried to set the alarm sound and sunrise last night. Both did not work this morning? Not sure if i am doing something wrong or the clock is faulty. Any suggestions?

So that we can check the settings with you it may be best to call our Careline when you are by the unit, so that we can help you check this out
