Has anyone ever tried the Valkee?

I have seen it selling for £160 and i'm thinking of buying it. I've tried several types of light boxes and i've tried light visors too, but no gadget has worked so far.

If this was another SAD gadget meant for the eyes then i wouldn't waste my time on it because it would be a waste of money for me, but it's meant for your ears so i'm willing to entertain it.

I am interested if anyone has tried it and what results they got.

Hi there,

I've just started using it and find it significantly better suited for me. I don't really have the time to spend staring at a light box and can use this on my commute.

A week in and I am starting to see the difference, I don't notice it getting dark as much and feel less anxious with more energy.

Hope that helps!

I have used it for a week so far,and it's made a huge difference. I used to hate the winter, but so far, it's lifted my mood, I would say I've still been tired but not the lethargic tiredness which is so hard to shake out of. Whilst expensive, I would thoroughly recommend it so far. Charlotte G, I was wondering if you wanted to post an update?
