Hello,

I recently bought a Lumie Bodyclock Elite 300 and was very pleased with my purchase when it first came. I have been using it for 3 days and there was no issue until today. Everything was working fine this morning when the alarm went off, so I switched it off, got up and went to work. This evening when I came home the display was only showing half of the time digits so I switched it off and back on again. Now the display is not working at all.

Please advise me on what I can do. No-one touched the clock whilst I was away so this issue just occurred on its own. I think this is a serious problem as these devices do not come cheap, especially if they only last 3 days. I am very unhappy with this as I can now not set my alarm and so effectively this product can not be used for the purpose I bought it for.

I would appreciate your quick response on this matter.

Best to give our Careline a call, when you have the unit by you, so that we can do some checks over the phone
