South of France does it for us, lots of blue sky days, and even the shortest day is 9 hours long. (And you can get here by train easily)

On weekends you could change the alarm time to say 11am.The Advanced and Elite have "Friday Night Mode" which is what you want

Marie, don't imagine you can use the light to suddenly change your sleep schedule. What the light does is push your sleep schedule earlier, but only if you use it on or near your natural wake...

use a bright light at say 6:30pm - ie just before you sleep. after a few days adjust to say 7pm, a few days later 7:30pm and so on
