Insomnia and shift work

use a bright light at say 6:30pm - ie just before you sleep. after a few days adjust to say 7pm, a few days later 7:30pm and so on

regular = type 835, daylight = type 950, osram or sylvania europe or philips websites have tech info, but certainly the 950 has more blue
