louiseHi, i am a 38 year old single mum who has suffered the past few years from SAD but only really this year have friends pointed out that it may be SAD, am awaiting light box which I hope is going to help and give me a normal life back, feel sorry for my little ones because every winter they say " mummy is crying again" and I so struggle to get up in the mornings...just want to be like i am in the summer...a happy energetic amazing mummy.
