I have a 5 year history of becoming more depressed in the autumn, ending up severly depressed by February and gradually improving until by June I am fine. I have used a lumie desk lamp for 2 years...
I have a visor and its fantastic. I wear it for an hour in the mornings while I do a few jobs around the house. It doesn't interfere with anything I do and means I get that extra light without any...
