DonnaHeres comes my yearly fight with winter once again! I live in Cambridge and have suffered from SAD for many years. I make the usual mistake of thinking I am doing well each winter and saying that I don't have SAD anymore then BANG!!!.....It hits me hard and from out of nowhere I find I feel confused,very forgetful, cannot function properly, cannot meet my friends and cry for no reason at all so much you could fill a reservoir!!! Sound familiar? Thats my SAD life every winter time and I think "here we go again!" Nevermind ay!!

Like Purple, I too take Citalopram only in the winter. I couldn't go on without it now. I still get the odd bad day but it does appear to prevent the panic attacks I get each winter due to SAD.
