Light visor making me sick and dizzy!!!! HELP!!!! (Tue 3 Dec 2002)

I just bought a light visor and it's making me sick to my stomach and I feel dizzy. Is this normal? I ajusted the light down as weak as it would go and shorted the time, but it still didn't help....
