Hi - I'm wondering if any of you feel better on sunny days. We've had 2 days of sunshine in a row, but I don't feel any better, which I thought I would. Still really exhausted and anxious....

I use a lightbox but now, February, it doesn't help much anymore. I find it helped earlier in the winer, but now it doesn't. Next year I think I will consider meds as well.
