Yes I too couldn't agree more, a structured day based on a proper early get up time and a middle of the road sensible bedtime, no daytime napping, is a huge contribution to a sad soul's wellbeing....

Hiya ... well siddy will be able to confirm this, but if my memory serves me well, Dr Norman Rostenthal included negative ionisers in the SAD Seminar which he chaired in London a couple of years...
