musicalfruitI am an artist, wife and mother and I have suffered with SAD for over 25 years, possibly longer. Of course I used to just think "artistic temperment" whenever I would be depressed, now I know that is total crap! I finally (just yesterday) bought a light box. I am looking forward to getting some relief! :o)
