This must be an AD which is not normally prescribed for SAD.

I have just started on metazapine and my slepp pattern has got even worse than it was previously. Has anybody else had any experience with Metazapine

I think Devon must be darker than Dorset as it wasn't till after I moved from Swanange to Devon that I started to suffer from the effects of SAD.I have probably had it all my life but it has seemed...
