Thanks Paulst, but do go look it up. When I told my doctor what I did for it he laughed and said that is just what a specialist would do for it...and every one that has tried it has said it worked...

I have found a reson for my dizzy spells and it is called benigne positional vertigo, and no pills were needed to clear it up. Look it up on the web and it will give you a simple exersise to clear...

I was checked for that as well, and that wasn't it. I hope they find the reason soon, it seems like there are a lot of us out there with this problem.

I hope it is as simple as changing my meds. I had the dizzy spells before I started on Cipralex and was so happy when the the dizziness stopped but after a couple of weeks I got it back again....
