It might be an idea to contact Lumie direct, as they can talk you through completely resetting the clock to manufacturer defaults. If that doesnt work, Lumie will be able to advise what to do.

Well I got it replaced and just set it up only to find that the bulb in this one is a dud one lol! Not having much luck am I!Lets hope this works in the morning. Its currently left at default...
