I did so nd they told me how to proceed. however, it did not help so far. I'll post here if I can sort this out.

my bodyclock advantage 200 cannot be set into wake-up mode. There isno problem with the demo mode, which does fullu OK its job so noproblem with the lamp itself. But I can never see the asterik on...
