I am not sure whether to get a light box I have classic symptoms of s a d but unsure of how powerful a light I would need, have little money so don t want to buy the wrong one. can anyone shed...

hi I would like to ask anyone using a light box to advise me on the best buy, never used one yet, but need something cannot cope with another winter like this one!
