andrew1970Hello, I am Andrew. I am a 39 year old who lives with S.A.D. & live in Glasgow, Scotland. I feel my S.A.D. was there in my teens, and I was diagnosed around 2001-2002. I am on my 2cd lightbox, I use a Lumie Brightspark & have started taking 5HTP(100mg)in divided doses and am experiencing positive results with it.
