For the price they charge, to have an entire unit fail due to a faulty bulb, then for them to send it back still broken? I wouldn't call that 'bending over backwards', particularly when the items...

These replacements appear to have got 'lost in transit' - a shame, when you make a public promise to try to improve your customer service image.

I received a package today, consisting of one undamaged bulb, and one with a circular hole through the glass of the bulb. The broken glass fell out onto my floor on opening. Thanks very much...
