Hi Thanks Summer and Dean UK for both replys...got the bus up to Newry last week and have start taking them have started to notice some improvment with mood so hopefully it will keep improving...

Thank You Nina...it's actually illegal in Ireland so will have to get it off the internet and don'y know where that leaves me in regards to telling my doctor...so wanna try get as much much...

Ok being using mu light and it hasn't really giving me the boost I was hoping for...college has become really anxiety filled and I feel like I'm starting to drop out...SO don't wanna take...
