Hi - I thought it was just me having problems already - this is my first year of realising that all my symptoms led to SAD and so I havent a light yet - can anyone suggest a reasonably priced...

Yes - the feeling of not wanting to go out anywhere is not good. I even have trouble walking out to the garden although it would probably do me good. The constant tiredness is also a major problem.
