Hello,

I doubt anyone will remember me from the old forums, I think I had the same username there (though, misspelt if I remember correctly) - I didn't post all that often.

Thought I would swing by to say 'Hello' at what is still a difficult time of year for us SAD sufferers.

I have, generally, been feeling quite good this winter. Tired, but not unhappy, as I have been too busy undertaking the first year of my degree to be unhappy.

Anyways, it is very late (I really need to start getting to sleep earlier again), I am going to go to bed.

Adam.
