SGL

Stick with it flower, Its generally a bad time about now. Its hard to get that extra bit of energy that we need for the run up to christmas. Just think - that we are nearly at the shortest day, then the days get longer - yippee.

One day at a time eh
Sending lots of cuddles, take care

I have had to use my light for the first time this week too- it is so dark in the mornings and evenings it is hard to get motivated. Stick with it SGL like Me says soon be shortest day then it will get lighter again! Good luck to you and everybody here- we will get through it! x
