Having spent many miserable winter months with SAD over the past decade (since my dad died I think), I've found something that actually works. I read an article in The Sunday Times last year which said about a doctor in London who used a product called Filisa for SAD and so I got some. It's got something called GABA in it which is supposed to be good for SAD. Anyway, it works (along with my light box) and I feel like a new woman. I'd definitely recommend it and have had a really good winter so far. Even the post Christmas blues haven't affected me.

I wonder if you can take it with anti-depressantsZ?

I wonder that as well I think you would have to talk to the doc.
