Dear all,

Spring is excellent!

However we are trying to establish how to best manage using the light box in Spring. Currently my wife uses it for 15 mins in the morning and 15 in late afternoon but with the increase of sunlight how much/little is required? How are other users transitioning from Winter to spring?
All input greatly appreciated.
