I've been using this product for about a week and am experiencing a problem.
Even with the alarm off, the button is pressed in, the light will dim over time until it is completely off. This is really inconvenient since I'm trying to use the light when I'm awake. I have verified the security feature isn't in use.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? It resets the bodyclock. Have you contacted Lumie? Not much help I know... I do know that the light won't stay on all the time, I think it turns off after 20 minutes if you turn it on manually although I'm not sure of the exact time. It certainly turns off 20 mins after the alarm time. Which is a shame as I often sleep right through it! I'll have to check mine tomorrow and see.
